Blend sausage with breadcrumbs and Greek seasoning. Grill or fry sausage until done. Remove form heat. Spread mixed greens on four dinner plates. Drain mandarin oranges. Reserve liquids. Mix with dried cranberries. In small saucepan, combine reserved mandarin orange juice with jelly, onion, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Arrange sausage on each plate. Top with oranges and cranberries. Drizzle warm sauce over salad. Serve with warm bread.
