I'm a pretty new cook, and this was super simple to make. I've never had lamb chops before, and this recipe was delicious. I used Lemon Couscous (Southern Living Oct 2002) as a side because it's one of my favorites. Next time, I'll probably try the recommended couscous with cucumber, tomato, and feta.
This turned out so good. I used lamb rib chops instead, and they were just as tasty. Don't know if that alters the calorie count or not. This would be very impressive to serve for company.
This was great. The lemon, oregano and garlic set the lamb off very well. A perfect light lamb dish for spring.
My family & I enjoyed this recipe. Didn't change a thing while making it. Smelled great while it was broiling and tasted even better.
