Amazing how a little garlicky goat cheese turns toast into something much more special.


How to Make It

Combine parsley, goat cheese, and minced garlic, stirring well. Spread evenly over toasted French bread baguette slices.

Quality goat cheese is the key.  I doubled the recipe but 2 cloves of garlic might have been a bit too much (and we really like garlic) so ease into it if you are garlic-sensitive.  I have to think chives would be great in this too.

I pair these with everything. So easy and delicious. I agree with the garlic tip - use as much or as little as you like.

I love goat cheese and garlic so this seemed like a no-brainer! I ended up using two cloves of garlic because I thought mine were small but it does give quite a kick, so if you are not a garlic lover maybe only use a small clove or even half of a bigger one instead. (served with chicken and chorizo confetti)
