How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F. Tear off 4 pieces of foil, each about 12 by 15 inches long. Place a tilapia fillet in center of each piece of foil. Spread 1/2 Tbsp. ginger over each fillet. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. soy sauce and 1/2 tsp. sesame oil. Season with pepper.

Step 2

Fold over top of foil to meet bottom edge. Crimp edges tightly to seal. Arrange packets in a single layer on a large, rimmed baking sheet. Bake until fish is opaque, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot.

Made this tonight for dinner for my husband and I. Recipe is super easy. Doesn't take long to prep and cook. Served with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. Would also go good with brown rice and snow peas.

Easy and delicious! I added some finely diced shallots to the sauce, just because I had some left over from another recipe, but I think it would have been just fine without. Will definitely be adding this to my weeknight easy meals rotation.
