How to Make It

Step 1

Scrub potatoes. Cook in boiling water 30 minutes or until tender. Drain, and chill well. Peel and cut potatoes into thin slices.

Step 2

Cook bacon in a large skillet until done but still limp. Remove bacon, reserving drippings in skillet. Tear bacon into bite-size pieces; set aside.

Step 3

Sauté onion in bacon drippings until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook over medium heat until slightly thickened. Add bacon and pour over potatoes. Toss gently.
