I am planning on making this for my daughter's Spanish-themed bridal shower, so I made it first for dinner with friends. It went together in about 5 minutes. I did allow it to chill overnight and I continued to have the leftovers for a couple of days afterwards. Thanks for a time saver that makes me look like I worked much harder!

I ended up straining it, rinsing it, and trying to salvage the salsa itself. This is one of the rare times one of the recipes from this website just didn't work for me.
