How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place potatoes on a large baking sheet and toss with 3 Tbsp. olive oil and salt. Roast until browned, 30 to 40 minutes, turning over once halfway through baking time.

Step 2

Combine garlic and remaining Tbsp. oil in a small bowl. Brush sweet potatoes with garlic and oil and roast until garlic is cooked, 2 to 3 minutes.

been looking for a good baked fry recipe!! peeled mine, and cut thinner. also baked white potato with them, so used convection roast setting @ 400 with extra baking time. need to work on getting these crispier, but were good anyway.

Not a big fan of sweet potatoes but was very tastey. To make them crispier I would have baked them longer. Even my husband who can't stand sp liked them. Great for halloween. Also added more garlic than states in recipe.
