How to Make It
Preheat oven to 425°.
Sprinkle garlic into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Arrange chicken over garlic; sprinkle onion, oregano, thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper over chicken. Cover and bake at 425° for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove chicken. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt to drippings. Drizzle drippings over chicken.
