How to Make It

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add basil, salt, peppers, and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until mixture starts to thicken. Serve over pasta; top with cheese.

Very simple and tasted great. Served it with grilled steaks and tomato & garlic from the sauce paired with them perfectly. Going to try it next time with grilled shrimp.

Simple and delicious. Used "Transylvania" garlic from my sister's small farm in Ohio. I think fresh, good quality garlic is key. Will make this a standard because it's so easy.
