Forget boiled corn! Our recipe for Garlic-Lime Grilled Corn totally transforms your ears of corn into an easy, flavorful side.

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Place oil, butter, and garlic in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH for 30 seconds or until butter melts; set aside.

Step 3

Coat corn with cooking spray. Arrange corn on grill rack; grill 10 minutes or until done and lightly browned, turning occasionally. Remove from grill; brush with butter mixture. Sprinkle with rind and salt.

This is really a 4.5 star recipe - very good and easy to make! This will most definitely go on our grilled-corn rotation!! (Served with Grilled Chicken with Honey BBQ from same issue, but it would be very applicable to a variety of main courses.)
