Combine 3 tablespoons ketchup, oats, and next 10 ingredients (oats through garlic) in a large bowl; stir mixture until well-blended.
Shape meat mixture into a 9 x 5-inch loaf on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; spoon 4 tablespoons ketchup over meat loaf. Insert a meat thermometer into loaf. Bake at 375° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a thermometer registers 160°. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove meat loaf from pan; cut into 16 slices.
This is probably my all-time favorite CL recipe. It is an absolutely delicious and moist (and not at all greasy) meatloaf. I started out making this exactly as directed and over time have experimented with different herbs and spices and now also use it for my basic meatball recipe. My kids beg for a meal we call "creamy meatballs" which I make using this recipe.

Awesome recipe! I substituted ground pork for the ground turkey since that's what I had on hand. I also didn't add the dried parsley since I didn't have any. Still turned out fantastic! This will now be my go-to recipe.
I absolutely love this meatloaf - especially with extra ketchup. I leave out the dried parsley, chopped onions, and minced garlic, and use 1 teaspoon each garlic and onion powder to avoid the crunchy texture of uncooked onions and the extra chopping. This is definitely a favorite.
