How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 175°.

Step 2

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Add crackers; toss well. Spoon mixture into a jelly-roll pan.

Step 3

Bake at 175° for 30 minutes or until dry, stirring occasionally. Cool completely; store in an airtight container.

I can't get enough of you baby! This is so good. Super-great alternative to commercial snack mixes and oh so much cheaper. I use store brand crackers and Ranch Dressing mix. Just 2 tablespoons of oil gives it the right consistency to get the seasonings to stick to the crackers. Great as a snack or in soups. I'm bringing it to a tailgating party tonight. Bet there won't be any left!
