How to Make It

Combine butter, basil, and garlic in a small bowl. Place corn into a large saucepan of boiling water; cook 4 minutes. Drain. Spoon 1 teaspoon butter mixture over each ear of corn.

Very easy and very tasty. Next time I might cut the corn off of the ear, as it was hard to keep the garlic and basil on the cob.

Made this to accompany the Southwestern Lasagna and it was amazing. Very simple but extremely delicious!
