Comforting and easy to make for one (or one dozen).
Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together flour, sugar, butter, and salt in a small bowl. Using the back of a fork, press until combined and soft cumbles form.
Place fruit in an 8-ounce ramekin or ovenproof dish; top with crumble mixture. Bake in preheated oven until golden and bubbly, about 25 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
