1 shot of strong espresso
1 piece of dark chocolate, coarsely grated (optional, lose 21 cals if not used)
How to Make It
Arrange the scoop of frozen yogurt in a small serving bowl or espresso cup. Pour on the hot espresso, and then sprinkle with the dark chocolate, and serve immediately.
