This chutney can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to three days.

How to Make It

Combine first 8 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; cool 10 minutes. Place in a medium bowl; stir in pear.

Great recipe. Easy. Quick. Tasty. Served it with salmon and it was yummy. Leftovers will be with pork tomorrow. Would be nice with cream cheese on crackers for an appetizer party. Will definitely make it again.
