If you need to use up a bunch of fresh peaches, this simple and delicious peach salsa recipe has you covered. The blend of sweet peaches, jalapeños, cilantro, and red onion makes for a summery twist on traditional tomato-based salsas. Try it with on top or grilled or baked chicken, fish, or pork tenderloin, in a taco, or with your favorite tortilla chips. 

How to Make It

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Cover and chill.

Our local farmer's market had a salsa fest last weekend, and the peach vendor made this recipe to showcase their peaches. So good, and so simple!
