How to Make It

Combine cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple in a large bowl. Serve with chilled Orange-Ginger Syrup.

Made this for a Christmas Day brunch, adding fresh strawberries and blueberries. It was delicious, and the Orange-Ginger Syrup was absolutely perfect. I made the syrup early in the morning and only added it to the fruit 2-3 hours before serving. Definitely a go-to recipe!

How can you diminish all this beautiful fresh fruit? You can't. It's delicious! And the ginger syrup is wonderful. I'd wait until right before serving to add the syrup to the fruit, as upon standing for several hours, the fruit ends up swimming in juice. Drain fruit well before adding syrup, too. Served this with a Sunday brunch and was beautiful as well as delicious.
