Fresh Corn Tortillas
Homemade tacos is a cinch with two-ingredient, gluten-free corn tortillas. For masa harina, check your local Mexican market. Can't find it? You can subsitute for white corn meal. It will give you the right texture, though the flavor won't be quite the same.
