Prepped the burgers in the morning to recipe with the addition of some beef broth to make the low-fat beef more juicy. Sprinkled salt on patties just before grilling outdoors. Topped with 1tbs crumbled blue cheese & served with corn on the cob. Very good.
This recipe is amazing! I'm not much of a cook but I mastered this one easily. Try it with ground turkey breast... still delicious! If you use the healthy life fiber for life light wheat hamburger buns, it's even healthier too =) I served them with broccoli slaw.
