  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

How to Make It

Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Cover and shake vigorously. Store in refrigerator.
