These were Delicious. I did not do the smoking step. I grilled in the foil packages for the 1 hour, turning every 15 minutes. Then took out of foil and grilled just 2 minutes to get a char. Absolutely delicious, tender moist. Will do the foil cooking method from now on.
These were so good. I used 1/2 onion powder and 1/2 garlic powder in the rub, my only deviation from the recipe. Truly outstanding.
These were absolutly tender, moist and delicious. Seasoning is right on the money! Whole family enjoyed these ribs.
