This is a poorly-written recipe. There is no oven temperature listed and it should have you cut and bake the squash as the FIRST step, so it can cook for 45 minutes while you prep the stuffing. As it is, I got to the third step and realized I was going to have an hour left in the recipe. Terrible. Luckily, I put the squash in my instant pot to save time.
That said, the flavors are nice. I used quinoa instead of farro and dates instead of cherries. It was hearty and flavorful. But the entire recipe needs a different approach.
