Stir together eggnog and whiskey in a small glass. Top with Everclear.
Using a stick lighter, carefully light the top of liquid. Sprinkle cinnamon from at least 10 inches over the flame for sparkles. Blow flame out after 15 to 20 seconds. When cool enough to touch... shoot it!
