I made this recipe but I reduced the amount of eggs. I only used two and it's not bad. I wouldn't recommend adding 8 eggs and I didn't scramble them correctly. I just scrambled them with a whisk instead of a fork and it still worked. I also didn't use raisins because I hate them. It's okay but it does need a little improvement. It's too "eggy" and they didn't scramble correctly in the pan so, it was a little weird tasting but a great way to use up the egg noodles I had.
