Edamame with Lime-Sesame Salt is the tasty result of adding a jolt of citrus to this popular Japanese side dish.

How to Make It

Combine toasted sesame seeds, lime rind, and salt on a cutting board; rock knife over mixture to crush some of the sesame seeds. Toss sesame mixture with edamame.
