This was a real winner! Easy to prepare and plated beautifully. I amped up the Mediterranean flavors by seasoning the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, and then sprinkling Za'atar over the entire dish before popping in the oven. I served this over a bed of fresh torn spinach, which wilted nicely from the heat. Next time I will try tossing in a couple handfuls of feta before baking. Can't wait!
