Quick Hummus

I soaked dry beans overnight and then boiled them, instead of canned beans. Not sure if that was the reason for the texture issue, but I added more water to correct this. It turned out good.

This was very good and quite easy. I added more lemon as I like my hummus very lemony.the water makes it very smooth.
