If you've ever wondered how to make guacamole that's the perfect, creamy consistency, trust us, the food processor makes quick and easy work of this crowd-pleasing dip. Our Easy Guacamole is just that—ridiculously easy. Simply place your aromatics and seasonings in the bowl of a food processor and pulse to chop; then, add in the star ingredient—avocado—and process until smooth. Besides being downright delicious, guacamole is rich in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, making it an easy appetizer you can feel good about. We like the heat level that results from leaving the seeds in the jalapeño, but you can seed the pepper for a milder guac. Serve this easy-to-make gucamole with tortilla chips or crudités.
