How to Make It

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together 5 tablespoons malt vinegar, 1 tablespoon whipping cream, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon celery salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Add 8 cups shredded green cabbage and 2 carrots (3 oz.), peeled and grated; mix well.

Step 2

Serve slaw alongside fish or add to tacos.
