  • Place rolls around a 9-inch round baking pan lightly coated with cooking spray, leaving space between each one. Brush rolls generously with egg, and sprinkle with desired topping.

  • Lightly coat 1 side of a piece of plastic wrap with cooking spray. Cover rolls with coated side of plastic wrap. Let stand in a warm place (80° to 85°), free from drafts, until doubled in size and dough has filled the pan, about 3 hours.

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Uncover, and bake in preheated oven until golden brown, 12 to 14 minutes. Brush with melted butter.
