Our easy cherry cobbler recipe is a fan favorite for a reason: It's a simple solution for anyone with a sweet tooth. This versatile recipe works well with fresh cherries or canned cherries. Summer never tasted so good.

How to Make It

Bring cherries to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat; remove from heat. Mix flour, one cup sugar, milk, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Pour butter into 6 one-cup ramekins or into a 2-quart casserole dish or; pour flour mixture over butter. Add cherries; do not stir. Sprinkle remaining sugar over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
