Easy Brussel Sprouts

How to Make It

Step 1

Remove any yellow or bruised outside leaves

Step 2

Remove most of core: Cut in half, cut a small "V" on each end.

Step 3

Cut into thin slices

Step 4

Heat pan and add a few tablespoons of water and brussel sprouts

Step 5

Add seasoning and/or red pepper flakes to taste

Step 6

Cook 4-8 minutes or to desired softness
