WOW WOW WOW! I'm thought cook that looks and looks and tries and tries to find the perfect recipe for each genre. BINGO! Tis is the best ribs you'll ever try without a grill. I used a crockpot and then broiled it in my oven, using foil for easy clean-up. I encourage the use of extra bbq sauce bc once it broils with the ribs, it goes down in history as one of the best things you'll ever taste!
These were the most tender, fall off the bone rib's EVER. I don't see how the earlier reviewer made it to the grill. Mine fell off the bone lifting them from the crockpot. I didn't skip anything but wondered why pineapple juice? Anyone have a reason? Next time ( and there definitely will be a next time) I might do less cumin in the rub. I thought the flavor was too strong.Read More
Made these for a family gathering-very big hit. We used Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ sauce and finished them on the grill, rather than the broiler, other than that, I followed the recipe. Delicious, fall off the bone good.Read More
I made these recently to test them as an option in case it rains on Memorial Day. I may make them even if it's sunny. They're so easy and delicious I know everyone will love them. You can see my full review at Taking On Magazines: http://www.takingonmagazines.com/easy-slow-cooker-bbq-ribs/Read More
