How to Make It
Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium-high. Cook, stirring constantly, until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, and cool slightly. Pour simple syrup into a liquid measuring cup; stir in vodka, peach nectar, orange zest, and orange juice.
Divide peach pieces among 10 (3 oz.) popsicle molds; pour in vodka mixture. Insert popsicle sticks, and freeze overnight.
