How to Make It
Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium-high, and stir constantly until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, and cool slightly. Pour simple sryup into a liquid measuring cup, and stir in vodka, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Divide blueberries evenly among 10 popsicle molds; pour in lemon vodka mixture. Insert popsicle sticks, and freeze overnight.
