Notes: Medjool dates are in supermarket produce sections and produce and health food stores. But any date works.

How to Make It

Step 1

Coarsely chop dates.

Step 2

In a blender, whirl dates with milk until smooth. Add frozen yogurt and whirl until smooth.

Step 3

Pour shake into tall, chilled glasses.
