  •  Cut some fresh pineapple, and place one cup of chunks in the blender.  Add 3/4 cup of milk, and then 1/4 cup cream of coconut to the pineapple.  Cream of coconut is found in the alcohol aisle of the grocery store, but doesn’t contain any alcohol.

  • Add the 6 ice cubes, then blend until smooth.  Pour, sip, and enjoy!  This recipe makes one large or two small smoothies.
