  • In a medium sized pan, add corn starch, sugar and salt.

  • Whisk in milk.

  • Turn on stove to medium.

  • Bring to a slow boil.

  • Add the rice.

  • When the rice and milk mixture begin to boil, slowly add the eggs to the rice mixture and stir constantly.

  • Turn down heat to low and continue to cook until thick and creamy.

  • Serve hot or cool.  Top with sliced bananas and drizzle with caramel sauce.

  •  You can add cinnamon and nutmeg, if you wish!
