  • Combine the cucumber, lime, and mint in a 32-oz. Mason jar. Muddle until lightly crushed.

  • Serve over ice. The infusion will keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

  • Authors' note: For all our water infusions, we suggest using filtered tap water or bottled spring water for the freshest-tasting results. Don't have either? Tap water can work in a pinch.
