You'll find this simple, refreshing Cucumber and Dill Dip in many Mediterranean dishes like Gyros or served with pita wedges. We found that the perfect balance of Greek yogurt and dill pairs well with sliced cucumbers, carrots and celery.

How to Make It

Combine yogurt, sour cream, grated cucumber, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Serve with sliced cucumber.

I found the grated cucumber difficult to manage with either veggies or crackers. It tended to cling together. The flavor was very good, but if I make this again, I may try to mince the cucumber.
