Was extremely disappointed with this recipe. It may have been me, but it came out clumpy, even stirring it every 15 minutes. And the fruit came out way to chewy -- hard-on-the-teeth chewy.
Didn't taste better than what could've been bought at a supermarket.
For the calorie content everyone who ate some, really liked it. I've made a number of versions where I left out the coconut or the nonfat dry milk and also used brown sugar splenda.
