How to Make It
Slice baguette diagonally 1/4 inch thick. Arrange slices in a single layer on a 12- by 15-inch baking sheet. Brush with olive oil. Bake in a 400° oven until crisp and golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
