  • Cut chuck roast into 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 cubes

  • Slice vegetables

  • Add tomato sauce, petite cut tomatoes and red wine to crock pot

  • Mix in dry ingredients

  • Add meat

  • Add vegetables

  • Cook in crock pot on low for 6-10 hours. Add vegetables later if y ou prefer crisper and firmer veggies. The cut of meat will effect the tenderness of the meat.

  • Delicious and easy. Set it and forget it. Great served over mashed potatoes or wide egg noodles.
