1 16-oz. bag frozen shelled edamame, thawed, patted dry
2 teaspoons canola oil
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 375ºF. In a large mixing bowl, toss all ingredients until well combined. Spread in a single layer on a large, rimmed baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool on baking sheet on a wire rack.
