Superquick and easy to modify to taste. Pulsed pre-shredded cheese then added crushed corn flakes to combine. Mixed half dijon & half fat-free mayo with 1/4tsp cajun fish seasoning instead of black pepper. So easy to prep. Served with broccoli slaw and corn on the cob. The crumb topping was nice & crispy brown.
