How to Make It

I actually really like this dish as a simple side...It's quick, easy and delicious!

Boring and bland, and (as someone who has made a lot of polenta) the only way that picture could have happened is if they let it cool in the pan first, then fluffed - not served right away as the recipe suggests. A mild Chèvre instead of cream cheese would have been a better way to go.
