For an easy snack or dessert, make creamy homemade popsicles with canned crushed pineapple and low-fat pineapple yogurt.
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (8-ounce) carton low-fat pineapple yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint (optional)
6 (6-ounce) paper cups
6 wooden sticks
How to Make It
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Stir in mint, if desired.
Spoon pineapple mixture evenly into paper cups. Cover tops of cups with aluminum foil, and insert a wooden stick through foil into center of each cup. Freeze until firm. To serve, remove aluminum foil; peel cup from pop.
