This will be my go-to meatball recipe from now on - they are delicious! Sauce is also good - mild, but appropriate considering how much flavor you get from the meatballs. Reheats well.

Read MoreI should say right away that, since my husband isn't fond of Alfredo or other white sauces, I only made the meatballs and served them with Trader Joe's marinara sauce and some finely shredded Manchego cheese (which makes an excellent substitute for the typical Parmesan). The meatballs were excellent, and the hubby loved them. I doubled the recipe and froze some of them for future use. I will definitely make these turkey meatballs again and again! Yummy!
