How to Make It

Step 1

Make dip: Stir together all ingredients; chill.

Step 2

Make chips: Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut each pita in half, then cut each half into three wedges. Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Divide pita between two baking sheets. Bake, rotating pans midway through cooking, until light brown and crisp, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool.

Ok.. so this is a really good dip but there's a couple of things off. First of all, the dill flavor is a tad too strong for my taste. I am planning on making this in a few days for a dinner I'm hosting, only I will use less dill. The other thing is that is a bit on the sour taste. So if people don't like lemony flavors, then this is not for them. The chips were perfect. ;)
